Junior Media & Shopper Activation Manager – Core Markets International
The Quality GroupJunior Media & Shopper Activation Manager responsible for retail media activities in the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Italy at The Quality Group GmbH. Planning and coordinating activation campaigns and projects.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You plan, coordinate and execute the assigned retail media activities in the core markets (Netherlands, Switzerland and Italy)
- You brief, manage and ensure the quality of design assets and content in shopper marketing
- You develop and implement POS and customer-specific campaigns, activations and partnerships
- You roll out displays, POSM materials and placement concepts across all relevant markets and implement them
- You create and optimize guidelines and best practices to ensure a consistent brand presence
- You manage and coordinate external agencies, retailers' marketing departments and other service providers
- You contribute to budget planning and take responsibility for partial budgets
- You report to the Media & Shopper Strategy Manager – International within the Media & Shopper Marketing team
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a degree, ideally with a focus on marketing, media or a related field
- You have 2–3 years of professional experience in trade/shopper marketing, retail media or brand activation
- You have experience in the FMCG sector and a solid understanding of the retail landscape in the Netherlands, Italy and/or Switzerland
- You are experienced in designing, planning and implementing activation and media initiatives
- You are confident in project management involving multiple stakeholders and cross-country collaboration
- You have experience managing external agencies and service providers
- You are proficient in MS Office and accustomed to working with KPIs, reporting tools and international coordination processes
- You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and strong communication and coordination skills
- You think both creatively and strategically, work in a structured and independent manner, and proactively drive topics forward
- You are fluent in English and additionally proficient in Italian, Dutch or French at a professional level
- You are willing to travel 1–2 times per month
