About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for the conception, planning and execution of events of all types for the ESN and More Nutrition brands, including fitness events, competitions, trade show appearances and community events
You work closely with the entire events and marketing teams (e.g. influencer marketing) and are involved in the strategic planning of measures and events
You are responsible for budgeting and monitoring expenses for individual events
You handle the selection and coordination of external service providers
You ensure the smooth running of all events and find quick solutions for any challenges that arise
You coordinate events for all our markets and develop creative event concepts to represent the ESN and More Nutrition brands
You also design events with an international focus, further expanding the awareness of our brands

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have at least five years of experience planning and executing events, ideally in FMCG, sports, fitness or lifestyle sectors
You have experience organizing events within DACH, as well as international events
You possess strong organizational skills and can easily manage multiple projects simultaneously
You are creative and have excellent communication and negotiation skills
You are adaptable and can respond flexibly to changing requirements
You are fluent in German and English
