About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You analyze and optimize existing machine and production processes and implement new TPM standards directly in the operational environment
  • You develop safety concepts based on risk analyses and ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations
  • You initiate continuous improvement processes (CIP), conduct Kaizen and root-cause analyses, and monitor machine performance using data analysis
  • You design new production workflows for product launches, select appropriate equipment, and independently manage technical projects
  • You train operators and machine operators in TPM standards and develop autonomous maintenance concepts together with production
  • You act as the central interface between production, engineering and QA and conduct internal technical audits to optimize processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You hold a completed technical degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology) or a comparable qualification
  • You have a strong passion for process improvements and experience analyzing complex workflows to optimize resources
  • You have solid knowledge of common methodologies such as Lean Management, TPM, or Kaizen and enjoy implementing them in a dynamic environment
  • You demonstrate a persistent, solution-oriented working style and proactively challenge existing approaches to increase production performance
  • You are a team player and value close collaboration with different departments, from quality assurance to machine operators
  • You communicate confidently at all levels and have fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
