Field Sales Representative – Berlin Northeast
The Quality GroupField Sales Representative developing and managing customer relationships for ESN & More Nutrition. Responsible for achieving sales volume and profit targets in the retail sector.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You manage and develop your customers in line with the company's defined objectives and implement regional sales promotion measures
- You acquire new customers while taking profitability into account and continuously identifying market potential
- You provide professional advice on sales promotion materials in compliance with the Quality Group's economic guidelines, while continuously monitoring market changes and competitors
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have experience in field sales, sales, or grocery retail
- Ideally, you have a commercial (business) qualification
- You are a strong communicator, a confident negotiator, and enjoy networking
- You enjoy working with metrics, love selling, and are enthusiastic about our products
- You are comfortable with digital media and like contributing new ideas
- You hold a Class B driver's license (car), are willing to travel, and flexible regarding place of residence
