Field Sales Representative – Bremen
The Quality GroupField Sales Representative responsible for achieving sales targets in the retail sector. Joining The Quality Group focusing on the ESN & More Nutrition brands.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You manage and develop your customers in line with the company's defined objectives and implement regional sales promotion measures.
- You acquire new customers while considering profitability and continuously identifying market potential.
- You provide professional advice on sales promotion materials in compliance with the Quality Group's commercial guidelines, while continuously monitoring market developments and competitors.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have experience in field sales, sales, or grocery/food retail.
- Ideally, you have a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent business qualification.
- You are a strong communicator, negotiate confidently, and enjoy networking.
- You enjoy working with metrics, love selling, and are passionate about our products.
- You are confident using digital media and like contributing new ideas.
- You hold a driver's license (Class B), are willing to travel, and are flexible regarding your place of residence.
