About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You manage and develop your customers in line with the company’s defined objectives and implement regional sales promotion measures
  • You acquire new customers while taking profitability into account and continuously identify market potential
  • You provide expert advice on sales promotion materials in compliance with the Quality Group’s commercial guidelines, while continuously monitoring market changes and competitors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have experience in field sales, retail sales, or the grocery retail sector
  • Ideally, you have completed commercial vocational training or an apprenticeship in a business-related field
  • You are a strong communicator, a confident negotiator, and enjoy building professional networks
  • You enjoy working with metrics and sales and are enthusiastic about our products
  • You are proficient with digital tools and are happy to contribute new ideas
  • You hold a valid driver’s license (Class B), are willing to travel, and are flexible regarding your place of residence
