HR Business Partner
The Quality GroupHR Business Partner managing HR operations and supporting Blue and White-Collar areas at ESN & More. Collaborating with leaders and driving HR initiatives within the People Team.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You provide comprehensive 360° HR support and advice to your business units (both white- and blue-collar areas)
- You work closely with leaders at all levels and act as a sparring partner
- You coach managers and advise on topics such as change, employee development, conflict management and the employee lifecycle
- You actively shape and further develop HR instruments, policies and processes
- You proactively drive HR initiatives and projects and implement them independently
- You analyze HR metrics, derive actions and support data-driven decisions (e.g., using Excel/Pivots)
- You maintain and develop HR tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
- You plan and manage training and development measures for leaders
- You accompany onboarding and offboarding processes as well as other relevant topics across the employee lifecycle
- You support topics such as index-based salary adjustments and work closely with various HR functions
- In this role you report to the Senior HR Business Partner
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a degree in HR, business administration, psychology or a comparable qualification – alternatively you bring equivalent practical experience
- You have initial to several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role
- Ideally, you have experience collaborating with international stakeholders
- You have solid knowledge of labor law and a good understanding of contractual fundamentals
- You have experience in providing 360° support to business units and in HR project work
- You are confident using HR systems, Excel (including PivotTables) and reporting tools
- You have a good understanding of white- and blue-collar structures
- You communicate confidently in German and English
- You demonstrate empathy, assertiveness, organizational skills and a clear business mindset
