About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You provide comprehensive 360° HR support and advice to your business units (both white- and blue-collar areas)
You work closely with leaders at all levels and act as a sparring partner
You coach managers and advise on topics such as change, employee development, conflict management and the employee lifecycle
You actively shape and further develop HR instruments, policies and processes
You proactively drive HR initiatives and projects and implement them independently
You analyze HR metrics, derive actions and support data-driven decisions (e.g., using Excel/Pivots)
You maintain and develop HR tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
You plan and manage training and development measures for leaders
You accompany onboarding and offboarding processes as well as other relevant topics across the employee lifecycle
You support topics such as index-based salary adjustments and work closely with various HR functions
In this role you report to the Senior HR Business Partner

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a degree in HR, business administration, psychology or a comparable qualification – alternatively you bring equivalent practical experience
You have initial to several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role
Ideally, you have experience collaborating with international stakeholders
You have solid knowledge of labor law and a good understanding of contractual fundamentals
You have experience in providing 360° support to business units and in HR project work
You are confident using HR systems, Excel (including PivotTables) and reporting tools
You have a good understanding of white- and blue-collar structures
You communicate confidently in German and English
You demonstrate empathy, assertiveness, organizational skills and a clear business mindset
