About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You provide comprehensive 360° HR support and advice to your business units (both white- and blue-collar areas)
  • You work closely with leaders at all levels and act as a sparring partner
  • You coach managers and advise on topics such as change, employee development, conflict management and the employee lifecycle
  • You actively shape and further develop HR instruments, policies and processes
  • You proactively drive HR initiatives and projects and implement them independently
  • You analyze HR metrics, derive actions and support data-driven decisions (e.g., using Excel/Pivots)
  • You maintain and develop HR tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
  • You plan and manage training and development measures for leaders
  • You accompany onboarding and offboarding processes as well as other relevant topics across the employee lifecycle
  • You support topics such as index-based salary adjustments and work closely with various HR functions
  • In this role you report to the Senior HR Business Partner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You hold a degree in HR, business administration, psychology or a comparable qualification – alternatively you bring equivalent practical experience
  • You have initial to several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role
  • Ideally, you have experience collaborating with international stakeholders
  • You have solid knowledge of labor law and a good understanding of contractual fundamentals
  • You have experience in providing 360° support to business units and in HR project work
  • You are confident using HR systems, Excel (including PivotTables) and reporting tools
  • You have a good understanding of white- and blue-collar structures
  • You communicate confidently in German and English
  • You demonstrate empathy, assertiveness, organizational skills and a clear business mindset
