About the role
- You design sales spaces based on shopper insights and create solutions that drive sales and engagement in prioritized channels
- You drive the implementation of the Perfect Store strategy — from strategic product placement to improving the entire customer journey
- You develop bespoke planograms and shelving solutions that showcase our products in the best possible way
- You are responsible for the conception, installation and maintenance of our B2B displays and work closely with suppliers
- You develop point-of-sale materials and training materials that sustainably support category growth
- You become a sought-after Category Advisor and lead joint initiatives to develop category growth with retail partners
Requirements
- You have deep knowledge of FMCG products and categories and are familiar with current market trends
- You understand the needs of shoppers and retailers and optimize the shopping experience through well-thought-out merchandising strategies
- You use your understanding of shopper psychology to influence purchase decisions through targeted product placement and promotions
- You think strategically and develop marketing plans based on long-term objectives
- You are proficient in working with Nielsen data and classic retail KPIs from GfK and make data-driven decisions
- You communicate clearly and persuasively and are comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- You have a confident presence and represent our category leadership externally with assurance
- You keep an overview of multiple projects in a dynamic environment and ensure smooth processes
