About the role
- You work closely with the regional headquarters of our retail partners and the field sales team to ensure optimal visibility and presence of our brands.
- You develop customer-focused sales strategies, plan promotions and assortment activities, and ensure continuous product availability.
- You analyze market, customer and competitor data and derive concrete measures to drive sales and business development.
- You prepare annual review meetings and strategic negotiations and support them in close coordination with the team.
- You take on administrative and support tasks, e.g. maintaining customer data, preparing documentation and supporting day-to-day operations.
- You coordinate internal interfaces such as Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to implement projects efficiently.
- You build long-term relationships with your retail partners and act as a reliable point of contact for operational and strategic matters.
Requirements
- You hold a degree in economics/business administration and have gained initial professional experience in key account management or the food retail sector.
- You are well acquainted with the regional retail environment and understand the relevant structures and processes.
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and present complex information clearly and in a structured way.
- You work independently and in a structured manner and demonstrate a high level of initiative and assertiveness.
- You demonstrate professional presence, strong communication skills and the ability to bring different stakeholders on board.
- You are motivated, reliable and enjoy working in a team.
- You have very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
