About the role
- As a member of the Cintra Solvers team, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding customer experience across the organisation’s entire client base.
- While you will focus on managing a specific group of clients, collaboration with the team is essential to ensure seamless service delivery to all clients, regardless of their purchased products.
- This will be a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn will be key in helping clients find the best solutions for their needs.
- You'll dedicate time to identifying at-risk clients, collaborating with colleagues across the business to address and escalate issues.
- Your deep understanding of your clients’ needs will enable you to recommend products from the Cintra suite that best support their requirements.
Requirements
- You are an experienced Account Manager or Sales professional with a strong understanding of payroll and HR processes.
- You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- You are organised, detail-oriented, and able to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
- You are confident using CRM tools and IT systems to manage accounts effectively and are proactive in learning about new technologies and industry trends.
- Your professionalism, integrity, and client-focused mindset ensure you consistently deliver outstanding service and support.
