About the role

  • Develop, maintain, and update features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMSs, ensuring responsive, accurate designs across devices.
  • Optimise site performance and speed, implement technical SEO best practices, and manage analytics and conversion tracking for key user actions.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketing, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the site while following established development and deployment processes.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience building and maintaining live websites or web applications
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and SEO fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience optimising site performance and page speed, implementing technical SEO best practices, and managing analytics and conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels)
  • Confident debugging issues across functionality, performance, and tracking.
