About the role
- Develop and lead the company’s K–12 marketing strategy for High Dosage and On Demand tutoring
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development
- Own planning, execution, and reporting for K–12 marketing initiatives designed to generate leads
- Research K–12 market trends, buyer needs, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics
- Track and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of K-12 marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing team to build integrated, data-driven campaigns
- Develop targeted outreach strategies and content in partnership with Content Marketing
- Lead the strategic approach for K–12 conferences and trade shows annually
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in K–12 education or ed tech marketing
- Strong track record of developing and executing high-impact campaigns
- Knowledge of the K–12 landscape, including district priorities, market trends, and the needs of educators, administrators, and students
- Skilled at building efficient processes that strengthen marketing operations and improve campaign performance
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, able to craft compelling, audience-specific content that resonates with K–12 stakeholders
