About the role

  • Develop and lead the company’s K–12 marketing strategy for High Dosage and On Demand tutoring
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development
  • Own planning, execution, and reporting for K–12 marketing initiatives designed to generate leads
  • Research K–12 market trends, buyer needs, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics
  • Track and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of K-12 marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to build integrated, data-driven campaigns
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies and content in partnership with Content Marketing
  • Lead the strategic approach for K–12 conferences and trade shows annually

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in K–12 education or ed tech marketing
  • Strong track record of developing and executing high-impact campaigns
  • Knowledge of the K–12 landscape, including district priorities, market trends, and the needs of educators, administrators, and students
  • Skilled at building efficient processes that strengthen marketing operations and improve campaign performance
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller, able to craft compelling, audience-specific content that resonates with K–12 stakeholders
