Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Demonstrated leadership in HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and/or Total Rewards
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Expertise in building equitable HR programs for distributed multi-state workforces
  • Strong analytical skills with data and reporting
  • Proven ability to coach leaders and navigate complex employee relations issues
