• The Premier League has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Executive to join our growing People Team. In this role, you will manage the payroll and benefits processes for our expanding UK workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.****This position will suit someone who is highly organised, methodical, and confident in managing payroll operations and employee benefits administration. You will play a key role in ensuring our people are supported through efficient, accurate and high-quality payroll and benefits delivery.

• We have a wide variety of responsibilities. These include organising the competition and its Handbook as well as managing the centralised broadcast and commercial rights. The work we do in conjunction with the Clubs also goes far beyond the 90 minutes. We support and provide a framework for youth development, we protect the organisation’s intellectual property, support the wider game and community programmes, undertake international development work and liaise with governing bodies and other leagues.
