About the role
- Manage all social media channels
- Schedule and publish content across platforms using social media management tools
- Ensure content aligns with content calendar and brand voice
- Coordinate with creative team for assets
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions and respond professionally
- Engage with followers and potential customers
- Support Brand Marketing Manager with influencer partnerships and UGC
- Brainstorm and develop content ideas
- Create basic graphics, videos, and multimedia content
- Curate third-party content
- Track social media metrics and compile reports
- Monitor trends and competitors
- Assist in planning and execution of social media campaigns
- Coordinate with digital marketing team for integrated campaigns
- Help manage paid social media campaigns and ads
- Maintain organized content calendar and provide administrative support to Social Media Manager
