• Maintain and improve AWS environments using infrastructure-as-code
• Write frontend and backend production code for shared services using Go, Python, JavaScript, and React
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and automate workflows
• Support Docker-based deployment platform including build workflows and autoscaling
• Implement metrics and alerting for observability and participate in incident response
• Build and maintain internal documentation and development tooling
• Work with nonprofit partners to support their adoption of AI and data products
