Operations

• Support day-to-day coordination of staff requests across travel, software access, procurement, and vendor management, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across operational workstreams, surfacing gaps early and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Support updates to PJMF's internal knowledge management system and maintain operational documentation, guides, and resources so workflows stay clear and repeatable.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external events from planning through post-event follow-up, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and travel support.
• Partner with teams across the foundation to ensure operational needs are addressed with consistency, responsiveness, and clear follow-through.
• Coordinate cost-effective travel arrangements for staff and improve the overall traveler experience.
• Support procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract management, and timely close-out of contract files.
• Contribute to quarterly risk register reviews and help build a risk-aware culture across the organization.
