About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The warehouse associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments.
- Assessing stock for damages.
- Keeping a concise record of inventory.
- Accurately filling customer orders.
- Picking orders for shipment.
- Operating stock management tools: for example, powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
- Routine cleaning duties
- Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred.
- Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
- Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
- Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balance
- Attention to detail
- Must have an open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and over time.
- Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
