About the role
- Be a TPS brand ambassador
- A/B testing marketing calendar management, and project management.
- Email deployment of email and SMS marketing programs directly within the platform, creation of lead focused email and SMS.
- This includes setting up email segmentations and coding in any necessary features like product grids into ESP.
- Deploy test emails, gain approval from necessary parties, and maintain the seed list
- Responsible for implementing and ensuring any email A/B testing is set up, configured, and in ESP platform.
- Analyze controlled experiments on email campaigns to improve metrics like open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
- Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc campaign reporting that clearly communicates results & insights to identify opportunities to increase channel revenue.
- Continuously identify opportunities for efficacy and conduct research on best practices and benchmarks to drive best in class email, SMS, and store marketing.
- Support full-funnel on behavior-based triggers, promotional, informative, acquisition, retention, remarketing, and prospecting efforts to enhance the consumer journey and drive customer lifetime value and brand affinity.
- Implement personalization strategies on digital marketing campaigns to increase performance in key KPIs for email, SMS, and other digital campaigns.
- Responsible for ongoing management of inbox placement and development of strategies to ensure optimal deliverability.
- Perform competitive analysis and communicate trends to internal and cross-functional teams on key objectives as well as any strategic marketing changes.
- Responsible for audience management including growing, segmenting and optimizing email lists.
- Maintain email/SMS campaigns and templates within the CDP and be responsible for organizing the assets for email/SMS-related images, icons, and other features within the CMS.
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of related experience in email marketing and CRM
- Experience working within marketing automation platforms or content management systems
- Communicate effectively regarding current project status, issues, concerns, etc.
- Effective verbal and written communication on all levels both internally and externally.
- Thorough understanding of email marketing principles and best practices
- Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail oriented, multi-tasker
- Prioritizes workload and meets deadlines for a variety of marketing “deliverables”.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented, self-starter, curious and innovative mindset with the ability to react quickly to changing priorities without full guidance.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is good at dealing with ambiguity.
- Data-driven, analytical, and solution oriented.
- Ability to work 3+ days/week at the Corporate Office in Acton, MA
