About the role

  • Lead and implement all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across assigned projects in KSA
  • Ensure compliance with local, state/provincial, and federal regulations as well as company and client standards
  • Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and client representatives to establish a proactive safety culture throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive safety management experience, including project-based assignments
  • Strong working knowledge of KSA regulatory frameworks (OSHA, CSA, NFPA, ANSI)
  • Demonstrated experience managing EHS on large-scale construction, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial projects
  • Proven ability to lead teams, engage contractors, and influence stakeholders at all levels
