About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Optimization of e-commerce sites: creating product pages, improving navigation, and managing inventory
Commercial activation: setting up promotions, cross-selling and up-selling, and writing briefs for newsletters and CRM
Analysis and reporting: monitoring performance through KPIs, preparing reports, and contributing to analyses and recommendations
Internal collaboration: working with web design, CRM, Traffic/Acquisition, and IT teams
Competitive monitoring: tracking trends and analyzing competitors, and proposing improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a program in digital marketing, e‑Business, or equivalent
Proven experience in an agency or in-house on a similar position
Knowledge of key KPIs
Proficiency with tools such as Excel and Google Analytics
Strong interpersonal skills and good writing abilities
Rigour, organizational skills, proactivity, and responsiveness
Enjoy working on varied and rewarding projects
