About the role

  • Understand and document the application's functional requirements, considering business, technology, and architecture;
  • Translate stakeholders' needs into clear, concise, and traceable specifications;
  • Identify and document risks and dependencies of the digital product;
  • Work with the product team to define, organize, and prioritize the backlog;
  • Support coordination of the team's activities, helping resolve conflicts and align stakeholders;
  • Ensure smooth communication among stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned with project objectives;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development and application maintenance processes.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Business Analytics, requirements analysis, or serving as a Product Analyst;
  • Experience working on digital product projects;
  • Experience with agile methodologies and working with development teams (desktop and/or mobile);
  • Knowledge of software development technologies and data architecture;
  • Experience defining and refining backlogs;
  • Analytical skills, structured thinking, and clear communication with technical and executive stakeholders;
  • Advanced or fluent English will be considered a plus.
