About the role

  • Ensure project delivery within agreed time, cost, scope, and quality.
  • Plan and produce the Project Plan, including schedule, costs, risks, and communications.
  • Monitor and participate in the selection and management of partner consultancies.
  • Work together with the project manager from the contracted consultancy to ensure alignment and governance.
  • Lead project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with the client’s project methodology and delivery of required documentation.
  • Coordinate alignments with interface areas (business, access, infrastructure, support, among others).
  • Plan and oversee integrated testing, defect management, and evidence collection.
  • Plan and oversee training for key users and the support team.
  • Monitor preparation for go-live and assisted operation.
  • Participate weekly in Project Portfolio meetings.

Requirements

  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Strong experience in Project Management, including Integration, Scope, Schedule/Time, Cost, Risk, Procurement, and Communications.
  • Proven experience in high-complexity projects and international projects.
  • Experience in system/SAP implementation projects.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, PMO Portal, SharePoint).

  • Working hours: 08:00 to 17:15.
  • Work model: Hybrid, availability to be on-site at the client 3 days per week.
