About the role

  • Lead the execution of digital projects, ensuring deliveries meet agreed timelines, scope, and quality;
  • Plan and control all project phases — from requirements gathering to delivery of MVPs;
  • Ensure projects are aligned with the client’s strategic objectives within the context of digital transformation;
  • Manage expectations and resolve conflicts among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication;
  • Apply agile and hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK) according to project profile;
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and communications;
  • Establish governance and traceability processes, ensuring project compliance and auditability;
  • Monitor KPIs and consolidate executive status and performance reports;
  • Act as the link between technical and business areas, ensuring that deliveries meet end-user needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex digital projects;
  • Experience with digital transformation and technology integration projects;
  • Leadership of multidisciplinary teams in corporate environments;
  • Proficiency in agile and hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK);
  • Project management tools: Jira, MS Project, Confluence;
  • Knowledge of integration processes, scope, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and communications;
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM I, or SAFe;
  • Advanced English;
  • Proactivity and resilience when facing technical and organizational challenges;
  • Clear and effective communication at all levels;
  • Analytical ability and decisive decision-making;
  • Collaborative mindset and results orientation.
