About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads end-to-end recruitment for faculty, staff, student and executive level senior leadership positions across assigned units.
- Creates and implements recruitment strategies and establishes search timelines in partnership with hiring managers.
- Ensures the university’s recruitment and selection processes are followed, providing consultative advice and resources throughout the recruit-to-hire process.
- Facilitates a seamless, positive candidate experience.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, department leaders and interview teams.
- Provides guidance on hiring best practices and educates stakeholders on equitable hiring practices and compliance requirements.
- Tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in human resources or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting in a large, complex organization.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Demonstrated savvy with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Demonstrated AI proficiency in sourcing, workflow automation, prompt engineering and consultative talent advising.
