About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads end-to-end recruitment for faculty, staff, student and executive level senior leadership positions across assigned units.
  • Creates and implements recruitment strategies and establishes search timelines in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Ensures the university’s recruitment and selection processes are followed, providing consultative advice and resources throughout the recruit-to-hire process.
  • Facilitates a seamless, positive candidate experience.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, department leaders and interview teams.
  • Provides guidance on hiring best practices and educates stakeholders on equitable hiring practices and compliance requirements.
  • Tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in human resources or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience recruiting in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Demonstrated savvy with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Demonstrated AI proficiency in sourcing, workflow automation, prompt engineering and consultative talent advising.
