About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a recruitment territory (e.g. Columbus).
- Execute territory specific recruitment activities and events in collaboration with partner offices.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with high schools, community based organizations, and community colleges.
- Travel to high schools, community colleges, and college fairs to represent The Ohio State University.
- Make recruitment calls to prospective students.
- Monitor a territory specific budget.
- Analyze prospective student data.
- Perform data validation and manage electronic workflows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate.
- Program planning and implementation.
- Familiarity with office desktop technology.
- Early morning, evening, and weekend hours required.
- Work experience at a college/university, admissions preferred.
- Knowledge of data interpretation.
- Knowledge of CRM and other recruitment technology platforms.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
