About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a significant leader in the Center for Human Resource Research research projects.
- Develop sampling strategies using address-based random sampling.
- Liaise with PIs and sampling vendors for quality control.
- Conduct analyses and create sampling weights.
- Design, program, test, and deploy surveys including advanced software programs.
- Manage fielding for large survey projects.
- Lead on grant and contract proposals and technical report writing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in a social science discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in creating and administering surveys, field monitoring, data processing, documentation, and dissemination.
- Experience with writing briefs and reports.
