About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a significant leader in the Center for Human Resource Research research projects.
Develop sampling strategies using address-based random sampling.
Liaise with PIs and sampling vendors for quality control.
Conduct analyses and create sampling weights.
Design, program, test, and deploy surveys including advanced software programs.
Manage fielding for large survey projects.
Lead on grant and contract proposals and technical report writing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in a social science discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in creating and administering surveys, field monitoring, data processing, documentation, and dissemination.
Experience with writing briefs and reports.
