About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a significant leader in the Center for Human Resource Research research projects.
  • Develop sampling strategies using address-based random sampling.
  • Liaise with PIs and sampling vendors for quality control.
  • Conduct analyses and create sampling weights.
  • Design, program, test, and deploy surveys including advanced software programs.
  • Manage fielding for large survey projects.
  • Lead on grant and contract proposals and technical report writing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in a social science discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in creating and administering surveys, field monitoring, data processing, documentation, and dissemination.
  • Experience with writing briefs and reports.
