About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and implementation activities associated with Coach Beyond grants and initiatives.
  • Develop project timelines, implementation plans, agendas, meeting notes, and action steps.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration among internal staff, school districts, athletic departments, state and national partners, and funders.
  • Monitor project deliverables, timelines, reporting requirements, and implementation benchmarks.
  • Coordinate development, testing, refinement, and implementation of evidence-informed coaching trainings and Life and Leadership student-athlete programming.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual trainings with coaches, student-athletes, school leaders, and community organizations across Ohio and nationally.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years of relevant experience required.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, creativity, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual communication platforms required.
