About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee day-to-day operations and implementation activities associated with Coach Beyond grants and initiatives.
Develop project timelines, implementation plans, agendas, meeting notes, and action steps.
Coordinate communication and collaboration among internal staff, school districts, athletic departments, state and national partners, and funders.
Monitor project deliverables, timelines, reporting requirements, and implementation benchmarks.
Coordinate development, testing, refinement, and implementation of evidence-informed coaching trainings and Life and Leadership student-athlete programming.
Facilitate in-person and virtual trainings with coaches, student-athletes, school leaders, and community organizations across Ohio and nationally.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4 years of relevant experience required.
4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills, initiative, creativity, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual communication platforms required.
