Key responsibilities & impact

Works within the Radiology Command Center responsible for minimizing interruptions and improving workflow.
Handles outgoing communications for critical findings and incoming requests from physicians.
Monitors timely signing of reports, assists in monitoring turnaround times, and supports QA.
Collaborates with outside facilities for second opinion read order requests.
Partners with Imaging Informatics for IT infrastructure support.
