About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of internal business processes for ACUHO-I.
- Execute against an established marketing plan and track marketing analytics to optimize campaigns.
- Serve as the primary liaison between ACUHO-I and its outsourced marketing and communications partner.
- Contribute to organizational efficiency and advancing marketing and brand awareness for the association.
- Work both independently and on cross-functional project teams applying industry knowledge and technical capabilities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration/communications/marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills with focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Canva; WordPress; video editing software (Adobe Premier Pro or other).
- Experience in publishing and updating website content via a content management system (CMS).
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing management tools.
- Demonstrated experience working with a variety of stakeholders to execute complex projects.
- Must be an enthusiastic self-starter and be able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
