About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for providing efficient and efficacious care to members of the James Medication Access team.
- Point of contact for medication access team and clinical staff.
- Complete prior authorizations and coordinate all medication access needs.
- Collaborate with Financial Counseling, physicians, and other providers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of relevant experience required.
- Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of payor specific requirements and benefit verification.
- Strong understanding of disease implications and use of various treatment modalities.
