About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manages day-to-day talent acquisition operations to ensure high quality and timely fulfillment of full-cycle recruitment activities.
  • Reviews job postings in preparation to post in Workday and/or external sites.
  • Meets regularly with assigned customers to identify and develop recruitment and pipeline strategies.
  • Works closely with the applicants, monitoring and responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries.
  • Analyzes and presents recruitment metrics as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant Talent experience desired.
  • Workday Experience Preferred.
