About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages day-to-day talent acquisition operations to ensure high quality and timely fulfillment of full-cycle recruitment activities.
- Reviews job postings in preparation to post in Workday and/or external sites.
- Meets regularly with assigned customers to identify and develop recruitment and pipeline strategies.
- Works closely with the applicants, monitoring and responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries.
- Analyzes and presents recruitment metrics as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of relevant experience required.
- 2-4 years of relevant Talent experience desired.
- Workday Experience Preferred.
