Key responsibilities & impact

Manages day-to-day talent acquisition operations to ensure high quality and timely fulfillment of full-cycle recruitment activities.
Reviews job postings in preparation to post in Workday and/or external sites.
Meets regularly with assigned customers to identify and develop recruitment and pipeline strategies.
Works closely with the applicants, monitoring and responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries.
Analyzes and presents recruitment metrics as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2 years of relevant experience required.
2-4 years of relevant Talent experience desired.
Workday Experience Preferred.
