About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Providing comprehensive support for the execution of recruiting and hiring operations.
- Supporting the execution of offers, pre-boarding and onboarding of hires.
- Preparing interview packets, reviewing and troubleshooting period activity pay.
- Providing technical support to Talent Consultants.
- Assisting with coordinating interviews and recruiting events.
- Responding to emails from both internal and external customers.
- Engaging in other projects as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED.
- Requires 1 year of relevant human resources experience.
- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
- Efficiency and organization with the ability to prioritize work/tasks.
- Experience with high volume HR-related processing.
- Familiarity with Workday, Microsoft Excel and DocuSign are highly desired.
