About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Cultivates and executes business opportunities with funding partners, primarily the Ohio Department of Medicaid.
Serves as primary engagement point of contact to anticipate and clarify customer needs, define project scope, and apply GRC services.
Uses specialized knowledge to develop new processes to establish successful engagement.
Advises GRC leadership team regarding development opportunities and the cultivation of partner relationships.
Influences the development and implementation of plans to ensure alignment with the GRC’s and partner’s strategic goals.
Develops strong business rapport with partner liaisons to identify improvement opportunities and manage problem resolution.
Guides internal and external stakeholders to continually improve and strengthen business relationships to meet customer’s needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of eight years of relevant experience required.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work with others to establish comprehensive strategies with appropriate objectives, metrics and execution schedules.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage individuals and groups.
Strong communication skills to drive successful interactions, presentations and communications.
Demonstrates judgment and discretion to make effective decisions and problem solve.
Prior experience in healthcare policy and/or program design.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required.
