About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct cost-effective maintenance on Low to intermediate level technology medical equipment located at customer sites with minimal supervision, to ensure they are functioning properly and meeting customers’ needs.
Completes all forms and computer data entry accurately and promptly to ensure complete documentation for regulatory compliance.
Communicates with clinical staff on the topics of equipment features, functionality, etc.
Performs installations, upgrades, and calibrations with minimal supervision.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be available to service Marysville/Bellefountaine, Ohio area.
High School diploma or GED.
Certification or vocational training may be preferred.
1 year of relevant experience required.
2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Preferred: Associate’s degree, relevant Military experience, or 2-years’ experience as a Sigma Apprentice with proven ability to maintain Low to Intermediate - Level technology systems and utilize Sigma's equipment management database.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, chemistry and physics is preferred.
Experience with business software such as Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, Word, Power Point, Vizio, Project; and Adobe preferred.
Experience, training, and/or certification in process improvement preferred.
