About the role
- Attend meetings to discuss and identify customer needs
- Contribute to designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence (BI) applications and tools
- Analyze data to drive business decision-making capabilities
- Contribute to identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems, including developing and implementing requirements for new features and enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or other STEM, finance, data science fields
- 2+ years working experience; financial industry experience is a must
- Build advanced Tableau dashboards from MPM (Model Performance Monitoring) data; requires deep SQL/database skills and hands-on Linux, Python, AWS experience
- Strong expertise in BI Tools (Tableau preferred)/SQL to develop reports
- Strong experience in graphical data representation using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong SQL programming skills
- Python coding and/or Power BI experience
- Finance and business analysis experience with Reporting or Requirement Documentation
- Strong writing communication skills
- Ability to work with people from different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
- This hybrid position requires the ability to work effectively from a home office, even in an environment with moderate background noise.
