About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of a significant change programme from conception through to successful delivery and embedded operation.
- Be the key catalyst behind transformational initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver policy, people, process and system changes that directly impact our regulatory effectiveness.
- Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve their intended benefits.
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure that change is seamlessly integrated into business-as-usual operations through collaborative approaches.
