Take ownership of a significant change programme from conception through to successful delivery and embedded operation.
Be the key catalyst behind transformational initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver policy, people, process and system changes that directly impact our regulatory effectiveness.
Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve their intended benefits.
Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure that change is seamlessly integrated into business-as-usual operations through collaborative approaches.
