Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Director of Asset Management by maintaining oversight of all market rate assets
Manage internal and external stakeholders to execute intended business plan
Monitor ongoing leasing progress and recommend changes
Update and maintain valuations for all assets
Develop and maintain relationships with investment sales brokers
Facilitate successful closing on asset sales
Conduct thorough monthly financial reviews for all portfolio assets
Assist in preparation of annual operating and capital budgets
Support NRP Group’s Investment Committee process
Conduct periodic site visits and market tours

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Finance or Accounting degree is preferred
5+ years of operational and financial multi-family real estate experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in Excel
