About the role

  • You will be the primary analytical lead for new e-commerce launches, overseeing the business lifecycle from establishing foundational KPIs and data integrity to optimizing commercial performance.
  • You will analyze the customer journey—including conversion funnels, engagement, and lifetime value—to uncover the 'why' behind business numbers.
  • You will guide the operating rhythm by summarizing data from newsroom, product, and marketing teams to lead weekly and monthly business reviews for leadership.
  • You will correlate internal performance with external macro trends, such as market shifts and benchmarks, to provide an objective view of business health.
  • You will collaborate with Finance and Ops to model Return on investment for new projects while being the 'analytical glue' between all teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years as a business analyst, digital strategy, or management consulting role in an e-commerce business, with experience influencing business decisions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Mode), with an emphasis on extracting insights rather than just building architecture.
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience supporting a digital storefront or physical product launch.
  • Familiarity with SWOT analysis, P&L management, and customer segmentation.
  • 1+ years of experience leading work streams and keeping diverse teams aligned on deadlines.

  • Benefits may include medical, dental and vision benefits.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (F.S.A.s).
