• Move from classroom to classroom and work alongside classroom teachers.
• Serve as role models for the children and staff.
• Ensure quality not just in weekly classes but throughout programs.
• Act as an additional level of support to teachers, children, and families.
• Work with training teachers in effective teaching styles, transitions, and communication techniques.
• Collaborate with school leadership team in daily administrative tasks such as opening and closing procedures, touring, answering phones, and coverage in the classroom.
