About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Global Markets out-the-door fundraisers and fundraising managers in development activities
  • Manage and track portfolios
  • Schedule and plan meeting logistics

  • Perform administrative functions as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-year experience or equivalent combination
  • Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Experience managing diverse activities to meet deadlines
  • Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable learning and working with databases and systems
  • Clear and confident communication with colleagues and partners
  • Ability to adapt quickly and contribute to special projects
  • Problem-solving ability and capacity to offer thoughtful solutions
  • Successful completion of The Nature Conservancy's background screening process
