• Develops, implements, and manages effective multi-year strategies and plans for the cultivation and solicitation of gift prospects, including corporate, foundation, institutional, and/or related individual donors.
• Builds strong relationships with a portfolio of new and current corporate and foundation donors and prospects.
• Engages companies and foundations to deliver conservation impact through thought partnership, in-kind contributions, marketing engagements, and other collaborations.
• Utilizes excellent writing skills to create institutional proposals, donor agreements, and stewardship reports.
• Utilizes foundation databases, corporate sources, news sources to identify new corporate and foundation prospects for Conservancy priorities.
• Ensures legal, financial, and reputational compliance for all institutional engagements.
• Navigates TNC’s systems to record strategies and interactions with prospects.
