About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, manage, and implement internal communications plans aligned with enterprise priorities
  • Serve as a communications advisor to leaders, providing guidance on messaging, framing, sequencing, and organizational impact
  • Lead communications for complex, high-risk, or enterprise-wide initiatives, including change, transformation, and operating model shifts
  • Draft, edit, and oversee internal business communications such as executive messages, organizational updates, briefs, and talking points
  • Align individual communications initiatives to shared priorities and enterprise-wide framing
  • Manage assigned budgets, evaluate results, and develop recommendations for corrective strategies as needed
  • May supervise professional or administrative staff or mentor other individual contributors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in internal or corporate communications
  • Experience advising senior leaders and supporting executive-level internal communications
  • Experience leading communications for enterprise-scale initiatives, organizational change, or transformation efforts
  • Advanced business writing experience where clarity, precision, and risk awareness are critical
  • Experience developing communication and engagement strategies, evaluating effectiveness, and managing multiple complex communications projects simultaneously
