About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides human resources services and support including employee relations, compensation, talent management, and benefits.
Partners with MAC HR Team for accurate execution of HR processes.
Acts as the primary HR contact for staff and managers, managing HR inquiries.
Maintains staff actions in HR systems (Workday) and audits records.
Supports employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Generates and analyzes HR reports identifying trends to measure progress.
Assists recruiters and hiring managers with recruitments including reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
Responds to HR-related inquiries efficiently.
Supports training and development opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or 3 years HR related work experience or equivalent combination.
Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.
Experience working with MS Office software, HR information systems and analytics tools.
