Recruiting Lead – Global Team
The Nature ConservancyGlobal Teams Recruiting Lead managing recruitment efforts for The Nature Conservancy's Global Teams. Developing talent pipelines, leading recruiters, and optimizing recruitment processes in a remote setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute the strategy and recruitment processes for general recruiting efforts within the Global Teams.
- Lead a small group of recruiters and manage mid-level recruitments.
- Develop a pipeline of potential talent and network with recruiting partners globally.
- Ensure best and emerging practices to create a unified approach to talent acquisition at The Nature Conservancy.
- Contribute to managing large projects and stabilize the Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Relationship Management system.
- Provide subject matter expertise to meet hiring goals and create a positive experience for candidates.
- Collaborate with Global Team in reaching hiring goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years HR related experience in HR/Talent Acquisition or equivalent combination.
- Experience as a manager of a recruiting function or team; managing remotely a plus.
- Leadership experience in building a program area, motivating, developing, and engaging team members toward a shared vision and goals.
- Experience working with senior leaders to develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives.
- Experience communicating and developing relationships with a broad range of audiences including experience working with or recruiting for global teams.
- Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System producing reports, data manipulation, analysis, and recommending process flow efficiencies and enhancements.
- Experience leading recruiters while actively managing and closing your own searches.
- Experience leading projects and coordinating the work of others.
- Experience with prioritizing and organizing work while attending to details.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong client service orientation and client centric mindset.
- Experience using MS Office software.
- Must be willing and able to travel outside of the US.
