💰 $77,500 - $115,000 per year

About the role

  • Respond to assigned tickets in the Philanthropy Operation Support Hub (POSH) which may include troubleshooting, configurations, and data updates in accordance with established procedures.
  • Provide input, coordinate, and support database and technology projects that may involve collaboration with other teams and departments.
  • Create and manage database and other systems-related documentation, including the regular review of content and making content updates in the Development and BB CRM Knowledge Banks.
  • Consult, evaluate and make recommendations on business needs/requirements across a broad range of audiences to ensure that potential system enhancements, extensions/add-ons and process changes reflect the cross-functional and cross-organizational impacts and business intent.
  • Support testing of BB CRM system upgrades/patches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience with relational database management and reporting.
  • Experience generating reports and interpreting data.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with internal partners.
  • Experience in writing user documentation.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
