• Provides high level services and strategic direction in staff development, learning and training.
• Collaborates with TNC’s People Team and other leaders to develop and lead talent development and organizational development strategies.
• Responsible for leading significant portions of the team’s strategic plan and developing an annual work plan to meet the needs of nearly 6,000 internal clients.
• Oversees a team of Regional Learning Managers, who deliver learning and organizational development interventions.
• Coaches team members in training, adult learning, organizational performance, and talent management.
