About the role
- Support the delivery of strategic priorities of the Global Ocean Policy and Conservation and Climate Finance Policy teams
- Implement tactics for approved plans and complete day-to-day tasks
- Plan and execute logistics for special events and/or meetings
- Process forms, prepare reports and forecasts, and monitor budgets
- Respond to inquiries about program activities and create program materials
- Maintain, track, and research data while producing and reviewing reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience or equivalent combination
- Experience coordinating administrative processes
- Experience generating reports and interpreting data
- Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading
- Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines
- Experience working across teams and communicating with a wide range of people
