Strategic Chapter Manager
The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS)Strategic Chapter Manager responsible for relationship management and strategic implementation for key institutional clients at NSLS, impacting thousands of students.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for managing the direct relationship with 25+ key accounts by building and maintaining strong relationships with key chapter-level stakeholders.
- Conduct routine meetings with chapter leaders to mentor, guide and assist them (and in some cases, run) NSLS programming.
- Resolve chapter issues and concerns through high-touch support.
- Conduct programmatic training.
- Assess chapter and institutional needs and identify strategies to address those needs.
- Achieve set revenue goals and metrics as established by the company for each key account.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years account management/sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans for accounts exceeding 3MM preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Reside in the continental United States
