About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare accurate, high-quality working files for final design execution and publication production.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while consistently meeting daily deadlines.
- Follow established N2 workflows, file setup standards, and brand guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Design team using a “We, Not Me” mindset to support shared goals and team success.
- Support publication preparation, competitor ad separations, and other production-focused design tasks for your assigned team.
- Provide reliable internal support by helping with repetitive tasks, smaller processes, and team needs as priorities shift.
- Step in to assist with basic layouts and design tasks during high-volume periods, as capacity allows within the 25-hour workweek.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, with a strong eye for layout and design.
- A portfolio of your work samples with a focus on magazine layout samples.
- Fast, accurate, organized, and motivated by meeting deadlines and completing tasks efficiently.
- Available to work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule for up to 25 hours per week.
