About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make high-volume outbound calls to introduce prospective B2B clients to our new corporate publication opportunities.
- Deliver engaging sales pitches, qualify prospects, and generate interest in new publication launches.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Guardians to ensure accurate calendars and smooth handoffs.
- Consistently meet or exceed outbound calling and appointment-setting goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of prospect interactions, appointments, and sales activity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with high-volume B2B outbound cold calling and a passion for connecting with prospects by phone.
- Resilient, motivated, and energized by achieving activity and appointment-setting goals.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build interest and communicate value.
- Skilled at qualifying prospects to identify high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and accurate CRM documentation.
- Able to follow established processes, quality standards, and lead management guidelines consistently.
- Experience using CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, or similar dialer and cadence platforms.
- Comfortable managing scheduling tools like Calendly and Google Calendar.
- Familiar with communication and productivity tools, including Slack and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
